Potential of Ferfer and Hiiraan?

Ferfer is positioned right on the Ethio border close to the the Shabelle river which leads down to Xamar through Hiiraan

When AS is cleaned out will it grow into the biggest border crossing and trade route between the DDS and Konfuur?
