I was playing ball the other day and when we were chilling at half time one of the niggas playing with me was like "man I got a math IGCSE (the international version of y'all GCSE shit) tomorrow shit is hectic, whens urs?"



I'm like nah I'm straight, I graduated

walahi I even used the phrase "when I was ur age" in that convo. I never felt so old in my life

I went all out for my GCSEs cos at the time i thought they meant everything i regret burning myself out now. i literally used to revise 15 hours a day but now those grades mean shit. other than maths and English, no one cares about any of the other grades

I'm pulling one tonight. I've one exam in a couple of days which requires me to remember a shit ton of information on top of understanding a lot more so I have to stay awake and memorise stuff tonight.

The only All nighter I ever did was studying until Fajr which doesn't really count since it was half the night. Drowsiness really gets to me.

This place is swamped with kids. I'm surprised at how many youngsters are on here. I had my GCSE exams way back in '08. To be honest, I got a bunch of Bs and Cs on all of my exams and Alhamdulillah, things have worked out well for me.

I wish the OP and anyone else whose doing any exams this summer the best of luck. In Sha Allah, may you all pass with flying colours. If things don't go as planned, know it's not the end of the road and there are other opportunities in life and you can always resit those exams.

I'm in my first year of uni. I had an exam last week, I have one on Wednesday and one next Thursday
I dont know anything for the one on Wednesday But its only 20% of my grade for that module

In my GCSES I got 2 A*s, 4As, 2Bs and 1 C
First year of A levels didn't go that well. I got a D in Chemistry so I dropped it. I got ABC (A= History, B = Biology and C = Computing)
I retook a few AS exams and studied hard for A2 and I ended up with A*AB. (A* = Bio, A = History and B = Computing)
Now im at Uni Alx
My teachers were very stingy and didn't predict me the grades I wanted. But on results day my grades were better than expected and I ended up going through adjustment to get a better uni.
