It's something along the lines of: Look at how she is. Or Look how she stands. Something like that, hard to translate it. Anyways, it isn't a clap back at all it's more of a lead in to a huge string of insults. Kinda like the English equivalent "Look at this ____, _____, _____ head a--". My dad was raised in gaalkacyo and my paternal grandmother is from there so that might be why I know it.
