Positivity, I found God recently after being lost for two years ❤

I've started practising mindfulness based interventions with people who are mildly cognitive impaired. Espically children with attentions deficits, I've seen a huge change in character with both clinical groups. Better grades, increased self awareness etc.

I, now plan to practise/learn compassion from an Islamic perspective soon in sha allah. Focusing on positivity has changed my thought processes and behavioural outcomes tremendously.
