Positive Somali stereotypes.

Name some?

Here's a few I think of:
Somali women are beautiful and achieve great things in college and elsewhere.
Somali's, the men in particular, are great businessmen.
Somali warriors are among the bravest in the world.
Most importantly: we Non-Somalis automatically associate Somali's with the Qur'an and being able to recite it beautifully.

Somalis can survive five months without eating

Where are you from?

Ah, I see. I’ve never seen an oromo, only amharas. Are you for the tplf and olf?

I am for the OLF, of course, my father was a commander of the OLF in the 1970s/1980's and lived in Mogadishu for a few years before siad barre was forced to close the OLF office there.
When it comes to politics, I never trust a habesha, whether it be Amhara elite or a Tigrayan elite, but we have a common enemy so they can fight from the north, we fight from the center and the south; but the past cannot be repeated.

My sincere apologies. I must’ve confused you for others.

Hmm. I hope them the best. Ethiopia in it’s modern form was never supposed to exist I guess. It’s a textbook Definition of what would happened if an african kingdom expands too quickly in a Diverse continent.

To sum it up: Ethiopia as we know it today, was created as a result of European elites wanting to get access to the resources in the south [mostly Oromo land, but also Sidama land, Wolayta, etc]. So they worked with Menelik, the emperor back then, armed him, trained his army, and even sent European generals & military advisers.
Haile selassie's father, ras makonnen, even wanted somali lands up to hargeisa!

yes, habeshas can Never be trusted. Thats why the new ‘splf’ hasn’t won support, they’ll end up being puppets to the tigrays, nor is helping abiy to crush them The way to go.
