I was curious so I inquired further and you guys have something called Max as well as Sibylla..? Are they any good, if you've tried them?
You also have Subway and Burger King in addition to McD's (although I didn't mention those on my list) but it seems to halt there as far as American fast food chains go. Is Sweden just really health conscious or something???

Nah, I won't say where but...I live in a smaller city than that. It's very non-diverse area too...the majority of people here are Whites and the largest minorities are East Asians.

Most overrated fast food chain ever. They recently opened one in Edmonton and there was a HUGE lineup. When i tried it in Toronto it was caadi.

Indeed i have tried them, tastes fine. I've always wanted to try places like Popeyes and In and Out though. That stuff looks delicious

Subway, burger king, McDonalds and Pizza hut are pretty much the only world famous fast food places we have in Sweden. Health consciousness might be the reason for this, people around here are generally not fat, plus fast food is not cheap here like in America, so it's not something we can eat very often even if we wanted to

I've never heard of that thing and I doubt I'll ever go to Texas. Is it an national/international franchise? or a local thing...?
A sandwich is hardly a side dish, but I do agree, though, in terms of the best there: sandwiches, pop corn chicken, and also...the lovely poutine

Sadly in the UK we do not have half of those chains mentioned
However we do have Nandos which IMO is great and recently many american chains such as fatburger and five guys have opened up.
There is a chipotle in central london and a few taco bells
