Puntite people you will never see same rate of poor people compared to Hargeisa or Hamar, the biggest indicator for poverty is who needs more foreign aid and let's be real the aid quota for Mogadishu and Hargeisa is always 100 times higher then PL, how can U explain that and not see PL ppl poverty is low hence the ppl are richest clan in Somalia. PL is always low priority for foreign aid(which is good indicator of wealthy population) as the international community tell our leaders your people are far more rich and productive then hawiye and isaaq clans who are dad qaawaan basically and need more funding.

Those stats where made by westerners not the FGS they are released every decade 2005, 2015 ,2025 obviously there could be some inconsistencies but for the most part the figures seem reasonable

Mudug has definitely been neglected, Garowe has got all of the development and Bosaso always had the port. I don’t think PL government has prioritized it. I did see them putting down a lot of interlocking pavers and some new asphalt recently but I think that was the locals. They need to make sure they connect all roads to Garacad asap. Hearing that it’s being taken over by a prove UAE port management firm that will invest in building the roads and expanding the port.
