Hebrew and Arabic are very similar. They share many words wallahi like la7m, bayt, etc for example Betlehem, the house of meat, Arabic: Bayt La7m. Both Semitic languages.

Its actually a good question they spoke hebrew..but hebrew and arabic are from the same family of semitic language as well as amharic


I think Somali language is afro Asiatic and there are people who can understand in south arabian peninsula and north africa
