Why would you think CHINA and russia wouldn’t want a strong Ethiopia/Kenya. China has massive investments in both Kenya and Ethiopia and is on the brink of owning the former. Russia doesn’t want anything but stronger allies/cronies to counter NATOs world domination.

We need to wait and see my friend. For this to work, all somalis need to respect their tribal regions and cease working with foreigners and agree to have a unified proper trained army not tribal militias filled with old men that are ptsd ridden from 1991.

We need young men with bright solutions. Either way we need all foreign troops out and to find a way to progress together as brothers. The chinese and russians i know don't want kenya and ethiopia to have influence in the region and the US sensing this have changed their tune in their bid to gain our favour before the Axis completely remove them from the horn and weaken their interests.

So long as we play this right and get our troops diversified and trained, then we can remove the embargo and defend our land ourselves. The next year will decide how our future progresses.

There's a global contest for Somalia. The Yanks know it, the Chinese know it, the Turks know it. Somalia always wins in a bipolar world. All we need to do this time is learn mistakes from the Kacaan. Defeat shabab and replace amisom before handing PL or JL to SNA specially PL who done have an army or gets funded by SFG anyways what’s the rush?

What reforms? The Somali TV propaganda of making video montages that exclude the amisom troops taking over towns that were taken over by sheekh sharif a decade ago is not progress.

Nothing weapons of any value will come into Somalia until all the different forces are unified and that needs a heshis between the various stakeholders.

If one country brings arms into Somalia so will others and it will end up like Libya.
