Eastbourne Police have warned of a super-strength batch of heroin and cocaine currently making the rounds, with some seized samples of coke found to be 100 percent pure.

Call me a conspiracy theorists, but I doubt there are significant amounts of 99.99% pure cocaine going around... there's just no incentive for it. Both for users and for dealers. Not to mention the amount of propaganda they spew to fake effective police work and justify spending. I've also noticed they're always inflating the 'street' value of seized drugs.
