According to eyewitness report, one of the government soldiers shoots a boy on the head after refusing to pay $1 extortion money on Monday morning in Mogadishu.

“The boy used to wash rickshaw vehicles popularly used in Mogadishu before his killings” witness said

Barely two month ago, two civilians were shot dead by one of the Somali police enforcing over COVID 19 curfew in the capital Mogadishu following hundreds of protesters took to the streets to demonstrate against police brutality.

The assailant escaped from the scene after he committed the killing. Security forces arrived at the site and launched an investigation on the incident.
