Sounds like that rift narrative between PM and Prez may have some legs considering NIEC told parliament it was impossible to hold elections on time.

Khaire is going to ditch him, knowing he has better chance alone than with farmaajo who he has used as the scapegoat the past 3 years. he has built a name and reputation for himself at the expense of farmaajo whose named has been tainted for good.

I wouldn’t be surprised if Khaire declared his own party in the coming weeks/months since the term extension will be his exit strategy.

If I remember correctly the Europeans recently refurbished the Mogadishu Stadium and it reopened after 16 long years on the 1st July 2020. Within less than a week it got shelled by a Mortar and was immediately closed again
