Good rhetoric from the PM. I've always said Somalia will never get rid of Shabaab until they adopt an approach similar to what Alvaro Uribe did in Colombia against the communist militia FARC, which is using a massive amount of violence in crackdowns. You need to cull them until they aren't cannot realistically win and then force them to the table. It's the only way out of this quagmire.

I dont know the rulings, need to know the rulings, but this is less crazy than what the FMS Leader of Hiiran said, about killing the mothers and wives of Shabaab(non combatants). Of course non combatant females who actively tries to kill you should be killed in defence but to put a bounty on women in occupied shabaab regions is insanity. All the major news outlets reported about it, no wonder the Arms embargo was voted to continue

They (Al-Shabaab) should be fought viciously, but we need to respect the sanctity of our mosques. They are after-all the houses of Allah (swt). We should be better than the scum terrorists.

That being said, I get what PM Hamza is trying to do: He is trying to rally the people up. So he is right in this endeavor to mobilize the masses, motive them, and give them an impetus to confront the terrorist menace. In this regard, the PM is doing his national duty. Indeed we need charismatic leaders who entice and motive the people to get rid off this menace who become a tool used by anyone who is opposed to the formation of a functioning state in Somalia.
