Just came across this randomly 5 minutes ago. According to the description, he has a number of disabilities and he has never seen a doctor before (he is 15).

No one know how to deal with his disabilities and so they keep him chained up. You can see the picture for yourself on the gofundme page.

There is never a 100% guarantee, but take a look at this kid's situation. Does that look fake? Its common throughout Somalia tbh.
