Okay I might sound crazy but I feel like someone has done magic /vodoo on my family, you guys have read some of the stories I've posted about my family, the rest I won't share but can someone help me.

I need to find out if there's vodoo done on us, how can I do this?

What steps do I need to take?
I've been playing ruqaya on everyday and night.

Praying and watching lectures.
Reading my adkhaars and reading the 3 quls everyday and night before I sleep.

Please if you're family has gone through black magic Share your stories on how you found it and destroyed the magic.


I'm having enough of this. I need to find the root of our family problems because wallah my family were doing so well 5 years ago we were what you call the perfect family who everyone knew and wanted to be like.

You should let the NHS know that as it may cut billions of £’s of their budget by referring patients to watch that video. Genius.

“Voodoo” is a bogey for mental illness and before the mental health of the family deteriorates further, they should seek help from professionals. If Sheikh Ali Qaaylo-weeyne can heal real sick people with verses of the Koran, somalia and the Muslim world would’ve been the leaders in medicine. Or like the medieval attitude expressed above, watch videos and you will be all healed from all diseases.

Recite Surah Baqarah in the house, the shayateen's can't enter for 3 days, don't just play it in the corner of the house which is mocking the ayah's.

If you can't understand it which I think is the case, play it on YouTube with flowing English translation and sit through the whole 2 hours attentively listening while following the rough meanings, do this every 72 hours.

Read all the adkaar's for entering /leaving your house, toilet and make an attempt to understand them too so it's not just hocus pocus.

Recite your morning and evenings adkaar's and make this a routine everyday and understand what you are reciting or at least make the effort.

Remove from your house all images which prevent angels from entering and ensure your household is free from all major sin's especially music.

Make sure it's a house were Allah is constantly remembered.

All of this will significantly weaken any spell that has been casted if not get rid of it outright, make sincere Dua's to Allah with certainty and trust, and to show you where this stuff is hidden so you can burn it.

it might or might not be considering that it could or couldn’t have a placebo effect on their recovery. It very much depends on what they suffer from and how severe it is. I’m not a psychologist, psychiatrist and my knowledge in this area is very limited. But what I know is this;

Few years ago, a young guy developed psychological problems and he experienced psychotic moments. As usual, the Koran heals everything Somali crowd advised the mother not to seek help for her eldest child (son) from professionals and send him to Nairobi where there are eminent Somali Sheikhs who could read the Koran on him and coupled with marrying him a girl, they convinced her this to yield a better and positive outcome for his recovery than a psychiatrist in Australia “drugging him”.

Long story short, she sends him to Nairobi and after few sessions with the sheikhs and few months of marriage things seemed to improve for him. One night, he wakes up in the middle of the night suffering from a massive psychotic episode. He goes to the kitchen and grabs the biggest knife because he thought the baby in his wife’s womb (his wife was 8 months pregnant) was the evil incarnate and kills gruesomely both mum and his child. He was arrested and charged with double murder. His mum visits the Australian embassy for help to prove that he was mentally ill, but to no avail since there was no registration of proper diagnosis and prognosis of his case with a qualified mental health expert in Australia. He was sentenced to life and few years later killed himself in jail. Everyone (those Somalis who convinced her) said after the tragic events that it was his qadr and he’s in a better place and shut his case. Three people dead for what? His mother now preaches other mothers not to listen to semi educated wadaads and seek proper mental health treatment for their children.

Moral of the story, the Koran isn’t a medical or a science manual, it’s a spiritual book and whatever is expressed in the Koran and Hadiths, people in the seventh century in Arabia lived in an era of medical backwardness compared to today. You wouldn’t dip a fly in a water and drink it today for medicine because medicine has evolved and a tablet will suffice. But people at that era cured themselves with a wing of a fly according to Hadiths.

Its unlikely to be magic affecting you but rather the evil eye or the lurking presence of a shaytan
Nonetheless, the best thing that helps with these things is consistency in doing dhikr and reading Quran.
