Hey u...yes U...,When was the last time you spoke with ur Hooyo ? This is not a post to make u feel guilty but it is to encourage you to spend a little more time with the first voice u heard and the only voice u recognized shortly after ur birth. Those of us still fortunate to have her around must take advantage now and call her. I believe speaking with ur Hooyo at minimum 5 minutes a day will keep the demons away, you will sleep better, generally be in a better mood and more likely to smile.
