The point isn't the weapons. The point is PL is the Regional government. Qardho is a local government, qardho nor any town in puntland has any jurisdiction to be conducting military activities with a foreign powers nor do they have the right to speak to other administrations in Somalia. Nidaam ba jira, raca nidaamka. There is procedures. PL handles all external state matters for all it's cities and towns. They think we are like the south with 100 different decision makers. PL power is divided and separated, we know what 'town mayors' handle, we know what governors handle, and we know what the president handles. Everyone must respect their role and duties and not step outside of it. The external world must respect our processes and procedures or they must get out of our region.

I am sick of people violating our air space and going thru the back door and corruptions and avoiding dealing with our regional government.
