I'd support a system where there is federalism but with redrawn borders as well with a new constitution and set of laws to prevent the current shitshow from ever occurring.

the only issue is kenya because theres a hard, agreed upon border there. with ethiopia its an azerbaijan-armenia situation. i.e the border is not yet agreed upon. just like how russia recognised azerbaijans and didnt intervene, so long as they didnt move troops past karabakh, the same can happen there. its the same reason why the ethiopian-somali border is dotted
