This is so wrong on all levels to jail these people. They didn't break any law of PL or Somalia, foreigners do not fall under our law, they have their own laws, that's why we are separate countries. There is no international 'agreement' regarding the use of Somali water and enforceable laws on the land. I just don't get the hypocrisy of seychelles. So any nation can go into any other nations water and 'steal fish' worth billions a year and this is fine by you, no problemo, this not a crime according to you.
