I am done and have given up to @Teeri-Alpha and surrender to Absame rule. No wonder Harti decided it was the best choice in JL to have him rule the state. The evidence is piling up for Teeri to give people confidence of his leadership. DDSI not a single langaab can dare look him in the eye let alone man handle him nor will you see even Shabab dare make a move in DDSI. His govt in DDSI and people living there are always QUIET beyond the ODD 'protest' which is quickly 'stopped' like within seconds to remind them ABSAME IS HERE as he looks down at the PEASANTS.
It is obvious as day he has his sight set on Amhara and Kikuyu and holding the 'peasantry' at bay who don't make a damn move. I am talking even bicidyahans, omar mahmouds, so don't take this as offensive any DIR clans. It even applies to Darod. Even that wild Dhulbahante is awfully quiet in DDSI.
Where-ever Madoobe has ruled there has been strong level of peace unseen in other regions. If we look at the statistics of stability in Kismayo and Bosaso and Galkayo, you can clearly see a huge favor win for Absame. Kismaayo is AWFULLY quiet and following the DDSI MODEL, it's an identical ruling approach. The second someone starts shit, it's quickly 'rectified' and ended, you won't see arguments or people going back n forth. The only huge obstacle he has is the SFG to accept Absame doesn't mess about and isn't Majerten who will just hold press conference begging you about Somalinimo.
I like how they are firm on enemies teaching them there is severe consequences for your behaviors but also just and fair if they are well behaved. It's better approach to governance that is realistic, because if people see your too nice and friendly they walk all over you, but when they see your a tyrant and brutal they either fight or flee you, but when your a mix of both, you hit the nail on the coffin, your nice and friendly and not overbearing in terms of governance but u don't put up with langaab peasantry games.
In Galkacyo today they murdered another high offical in our police force. This is quite common in Bosaso and Galkayo. How can langaabs behave like this in your home when he won't dare act like this in Absame home. Heck even HG u will never see langaab afka soo xirtay killing an official. Rahanwayn tried recently and HG laid out 20 rahanwayn and South west govt cried 'genocide'. But guess what they haven't done anything ever again Rahanwayn? Why because when there is consequence u measure what u will do against the liklihood of the consequence. If there is no consequence, you will see this as great territory to destroy.
Shabab goals are simple. They have South west/Gedo/Juba dhexe/Juba Hoose(parts), hran, shabellaha, banadir and galaduud but only 'off the road villages' since it's harder to access them where there isn't a road, mountains in bari-sanaag which again was chosen because it's harder to access them. Listen shabab end goal is to sow division in PL, they don't have the capacity to launch a conventional war after the failed suuj/garmaal they saw conventional war is impossible to win in PL. They have reverted to urban warfare.
They prefer sending a boy from their bay/bakool area, threatening him with killing his parents if he doesn't carry out an operation in PL, the poor kid has no choice, he does as he is told, all the intel and strategy work would've been carried out by 'amniyat' officials who will look no different to me and u as they won't raise eyebrows weeks prior in the city of target. This poor kid is told if he is caught not to mention shabab or else his parents die so even if u catch them interrogation will be futile. Our IDP camps could also be recruitment points for shabab but liklihood place is where they control, they just grab a teenager and say 'war hoyadada wala dilaya hadi tan so fuulin in galkacyo ama bosaso'. I know how shabab operates, I am murusade and have heaps of abtis or distant cousins who are in it doing the banadir operation. Yes they have operation zones and different resources.
They don't want to waste they're southern resources(lan control) which is there biggest operation area first, but they want to break up PL unity also with timely, long periods of 'amni daro' so people start to hate the govt and start to hate each other, they are basically 'buttering up' PL to divide in the future. Once divided, they will form an alliance with one clan over another and begin SHABAB RULE.
