You are correct even the DDS representer thanks PL for fighting terrorist. Without PL they will reach to DDR. But the PL wants DDR to bring solution for the Ethiopian like oromo coming to PL in daily basis. Beside the join meeting there is other agreements one of it is borders custom to open in Cayn iyo Mudug for business and human traveling .
We need more close links with DDS espeically in the run up to Garacad port being completed.
Soon DDR delegation will come to Garowe to sign mutual agreements.
Thats excellent news but has DDS followed through on their promises of building the road connecting Wardheer to Galgodob.
No idea, but I think they will finish it when PL finish it from their side.
Its been approved and construction will start soon after DDSI have finished other roads being constructed else where
