Since SSC region have formed their own federal state what’s next for PL I think the best course of action is a reformation meeting with the remaining stakeholder communities in the state in order to plan the roadmap for the future which means dividing the VP and speaker positions and the parliamentary seats

Actually to throw in a special, there should be a deputy Governor/lieutenant governor office for the core 3 provinces. Leelkase in mudug and nugaal can run for those offices, in Bari the warsangali there can run for that office too.

This is the old system and it’s on its way out. In the near future loyalty will be the currency of political power. And in the distant future inshallah clans won’t be the sole factor in the appointment of politicians.
