In September next year 3 districts within 100 will be test ground for the election before official Local Elections all PL districts in 2021. Clear framework and timing. Now In PL the only gobol has no local council is Sool. In other hand others are ready from Bari , Nugaal , Mudug , Cayn and Sanaag iyo Highland already build and working. We hope 2021 Sool to be free from Jeegaan so we can start the local elections.
