Is this wrong? They told us to go home and stay your regions. When we did this and followed they're orders and we came back to them and said let's create a federal govt where each tribe stays his home region, they are now saying we don't want federalism. Then WTF do you want? Hawiye initiated this federalism, not PL. SSDF plan was an insurgency not clans-cleansing or it would've wiped out balanbal when they were based there.
