It's expensive in Djibouti, we go it for 5000 euros for the farm (it was mostly untouched!) but electricity cost heavy in Djibouti but in the countryside, it's cheaper..Damerjog is near to the Capital and i think it'll attract many people!
Lands in Djibouti city is TOOOO EXPENSIVE. It's worse than Paris and Luxembourg city.
So i suggest you to own lands in Ali Sabieh, Tadjourah, Damerjog..Good towns.
