Yeah AS halted all type of development happening everywhere they control. Adan yabaal is located in a strategic location as it borders Hiraan to its west and Galgaduud to its north so it will make a perfect place to build a huge Army base there to stabilise the region. Schools, hospitals and other necessities should be built ASAP.

The army shouldn’t be stopping at aadan yabaal, AS been given crucial breathing space to gather, hopefully a simultaneous attack happens soon. All the forces are ready to crush AS north of shabelle but it looks like there’s no strategy
