I dont know, it was a mass killings of Generals all over galbeed, the biggest being in Jigjiga (82 high ranking military officers executed) orchestrated by Galaal on behalf of Barre who was paranoid about a coup de'at, his actions then led on to an actual coup d'eat attempt by numerous generals from all clans
