Phase 2 Will Be The Boxing Gym. Then, Pro Wrestling School.

As you may know, I'm going to the gym to lose weight. The pounds are shedding, but I want to gain muscle and my personal trainer is going to help me with that. I'm targeting the Boxing gym for September 2023. The year after I'm doing the Pro Wrestling training. I'm currently working on my cardio. Did 40 minutes on the bike and jogged five miles this morning.

how is it going with personal training? I wanted to pick up weight lifting but debating whether I should do it on my own or hire a personal trainer.

I did three rounds of kettlebell, barbell, and the bike yesterday. It totalled to an hour. It's best to hire a personal trainer if you are just starting out.
 
I didn't go jogging this morning, but I went to the gym and went on the bike for 20 minutes. Next week is when I'll be using the kettlebell and barbell permanently.

Keep it up walaal.

I will start next monday with dumbells, the month after i will add jogging/running to the mix.

A good tip is to add chia seeds to your breakfast.

In sha Allah you will gain that physique walaal.
 
Went to the gym Thursday for about 30 minutes. Worked on my core the whole time. Yesterday and today I was just too exhausted from work all week. I work 10 hour shifts five days a week, but my body has gotten used to it.
