These guys have no differences to justify having a separate nation. As you said , people will always associate the name Somaliland with Somalis & Somalia in general.

None of them can provide any good reason, their best reason is because British Somaliland was separate from Italian Somaliland.
So what? They both literally have the same name of Somaliland. They’re just showing another example of Somali territory split between different colonisers. Everything is the same except Somalis on different regions were given to slightly different colonisers.

Only area in the somali peninsula that’s relatively stable w/ significant economic growth potential. Once recognition happens, foreign investors will have the green light to come do business on our blessed land. Big oil companies for our on and offshore oil reserves, critical minerals, and railroads from Berbera all the way to Addis.
Djibouti and PL are not serious. The only thing Djibouti has to offer is that port and land for military bases which is now compromised by China. PL has resources but they are flooded with terrorists and are currently getting bombed by Trump. We will spread the wealth and will welcome any somali/djiboutian refugee so they can experience living under an actual govt
