Undercover marriage/relationship were you hide the hoe till she gets pregnant then revealed to the people then they tell u get her officially married weird ish

What is Qudba sirada? Is it fake marriages Shia be doing
Shia mutah/متعة is temporary marriage even one day its just for pleasure however majority of qudbo siro are not different than Mutah so it's invalid because they intend to divorce this kind of qodba siro is rampant in Nairobi and Xamar among diaspora odayaasha during their travel.

But if you are serious it's permissible i'ts called urfi.

So she's just a Mut'ah merchant.

Perfect example of why scholars said music is haram because it encourages the person to be immoral and do immoral acts.

Qudbo siro is becoming more common even in the west but mostly amongst fobs. I know a guy who married a girl in secret but eventually she became pregnant. He brought two witnesses and an imam who he knows well to sign the contract. Her family had no knowledge of this but once it became apparent that she was pregnant the guy had a sit down with her father and showed him his marriage certificate.

To my surprise the father and mother were ok with it and they moved in together shortly after. Very bizarre story.

no, Qudba sira is when you marry without telling the family of the girl. So, no wali is present. It's usually done when the girl's family refuses to let her marry someone she loves, so they in a sense elope. It's very very different from mutah. It's not temparory. quite common in the somali community, i think it has something to do with us being shafi'i in fiqh. Don't quote me on this but i think according to the shafi'i madhab, Qudba sira marriage is still valid just not recommended. So, usually when the Qudba sira happens and the family of the girl finds out, they let her marry him and hold an "official" marriage since they can't really do much else at that point.
