People back home would be more successful compared with Somali people in the west if they had the opportunities we have in west. because they believe that they can achieve anything if they were given the opportunity and i believe they are capable of doing so. for example when 'FOBS' come to the west they have a lot energy but over time that energy dies out this is because of community they live in are unmotivated so they conform. another example is when youth from west go back they are labelled as unmotivated or that they lack electricity. it seems as if the people in the west are in shackles.

Nope those guys are super lazy, nothing to praise them about

They sit in the cafes all day and we send them money

They didn’t develop their place cuz they lack the brain

maybe some of them do. but majority are lazy and unmotivated.
