There was never Sland region troops in the area however Caare forces controlled it and took part of the last fighting in December & January.

DhabarMacaan are cool people they will stand down. SL troops should stay out of this so EasternIsaaq can deal with DhabarMacaan in peace or war

This development is good as this will show locals that SL is determined to keep the peace in the area. This will set a precedent if this peace keeping mission holds that is.

All eastern Isaaq. HJ and HJ civil society should be part of peace process too. No soldiers. If DhabarMacaan choose war then SL has to let EasternIsaaq be free to bring SL democracy to EasternSanaag
