Hawiye have a culture of killing their nabadoons - all the hawiye peacemakers are killed as they're viewed as 'weak' and getting in the way of their violent conflict

They've been doing this since 1991, and the end result is more mooryaans surviving and less nabadoons surviving.

Perfect example of this was Abgal vs HG war in mogadishu - instead of targeting each others militias - they target the imams, and peaceful elders.

They have selected peaceful hawiyes out of their genepool which is why they're in the shambolic state they're in today.

Puntland has precisely the opposite culture of respecting their nabadoons - this is one of our great strengths
