How do you not over think?
I have a problem I over think too much, what techniques do you use to think less?

This is gonna be a long ass disorganized post, but I'm gonna put you guys on some life-changing game that works even on tight budgets. So bear with me.

I used to suffer from low-level depression, lethargy, anxiety and chronic stress from being burnt out too long from school, drugs and working.

This is a regiment on how I beat them and it helped me getting off drugs as well with minimal withdrawal symptoms.

Step 1: Lay off the caffeine and white sugar for 30 days. They are big culprits. If you can't or don't want to then don't even bother reading the rest.
Step 2: Don't eat from outside, cook your own food, something simple like baasto iyo suugo with tuna, NO RED MEAT.

The reason for it is because the bad gut bacterias feed off the sugar and the meats and white flours and it will overpower the good gut bacteria.
The good gut bacterias produce Vitamin B12 and serotonin. Lack of Vitamin B12 leads to anxiety and depression, lack of Serotonin is the same on top of poor sleeping.

Do you know what people with Autism, people with mood disorders, people with cognitive disorder and people with horrible body odor all have in common? They all have fucked up gut flora. When they started consuming probiotics and herbal smoothies, their lives changed.
Don't believe me, then do your research.

Do your research on probiotics and how to make them at home for cheap, like Kefir, Kombucha and Lacto whey drink, They taste awful but it will improve your mental health in a way that no therapist can. Make sure what you consume is homemade

Get a big bowl (the one you make canjeero with) and mix these adaptogenic powders together

My beginner blend aka No-stress energy mix

250g Maca Root,
100 g Ashwagandha,
250 g Moringa,
100 g Siberian Ginseng
100 g Burdock Root

You can add more herbs like gingko biloba, panax ginseng, brahmi, tongkat ali into the mix, it depends on your budgets and don't go overboard.
Use for 3 weeks straight and take a weeks break and then go back, for your body to get used to it. Wallahi you'll notice a clean mental energybetter than coffee and you wont crash like coffee. Your sleep quality will improve by a lot.

Weed? I have never taken drugs in my life and I'm too scared it might alter my brain permanently and cause psychosis/schizophrenia. What about Shisha? Do you think that may help?

It didn't take me a long time like 4 months from 1 joint a week to smoking a jint every day to smoking minimum 1 gram a day or I'm not going out. If I was bored and had money, 4 gram was normal. I had to smoke before every motive.

I realised after sometime that I had a very addictive personality and decided to quit it. It took me a while to shake it off. I know I'm not alone on this but a lot of niggas like to lie to everyone and to themselves that they are not addicted. They'll just say "I like to smoke a lot, if I want I can quit right now" and when a drought hits them, they become moody like a naag on her period.

Good timing. Starting this today iA. Your diet is very important. No skin care routine or magic pill can transform your body as much as eating healthy will.

I was low in Vitamin A, D, B12 and B6. Minerals I was low in was Iron, Zinc and Magnesium.

I was taking pharmacy supplements but it didn't help me at all and I developed headache.

I decided to try the plantbased approach. I also make my own lacto and kefir. Fermented stuff tastes hella sour but I flavor it with stevia and fruits like dates and frozen berries. I get full of by consuming smoothies. I don't need to eat more than once a day and it's mad convenient. I don't need to cook a lot or often

Now my all my vitamin and mineral levels are normal.

Sea moss & bladderwrack gel contains all the 102 vitamins and minerals and the taste can get disguised by the smoothie. You need a tablespoon per smoothie.

You can get 100g seamoss powder and 100 grams bladderwrack powder and they will last you for months. A little can go a long way

I drank a different coffee today that made me terribly anxious. It was a lot stronger then my usual one. But I will take you advice on your first comment sounds like it works great.
Some coffee strains and even weed strains are grown with heavy chemical fertilizers and the anxiety is a result of the chemicals uptaking in the body.

You still get a caffeine rush but you get side effects that the coffee brands don't tell you about.
