actually from kismayo to xamar its only 100-120 but from nairobi to xamar its around 400-500 i used to pay 2 years ago

maybe that 1k is from outside of africa? from turkey?

It is properly true. I was in Mogadishu last year, Mogadishu airport is very busy compared to Hargeisa airport for example.

Being generous lets add 10 to that average so the incoming flights so 90 flight a week

90 Flight per week * over the last 7 months = 2520 flights

Average passengers per flight is 524

2520 flights with 524 passengers per flight = 1,320,480 mil people

1,320,480 mil people with the $60 dollars for visa = around $ 80 mil worth of revenue for half current 2019 year

which fits into the the gov estimate that they calculate as around roughly a $110 mill + worth of profit.

So the guy might have misspoken and meant 80K - 200 K people come a month. Which to be honest is not BAD AT ALL for a war torn country
