The proliferation of the internet and social media effects everyone. It’s not exclusive to gen Z. Mental health issues are just exaggerated because people are lazy with their social skills nowadays. It’s like everyone is afraid of each other and I don’t get it.

To add, there’s cool people who like to have fun. I’ve just been drawn to a certain crowd my whole life tbh.
