"Our women aren't approachable": Fact checking their biggest myth

Where did this start from? Who started that as part of the women hate agenda? Why has it be allowed to smear their good reputation of akhlaq and niceness?

Men don't chase anymore. They're risking charges doing so. Unapproachable women are never approached. Good luck.

One time I went up to a group of somali girls running this one stand outside at this event, mad ajnabis there so I when came up they were on guard to see fellow somali in a simmilar age.

Started talking to them and I was dealt with the most manical, ice piercing, and evil stares and whispers I ever encountered. However I already seen this coming as I had already went through this experience before and had my veteran counter skills. Essentially all that you need to do is speak slowly, relax your shoulders, maintain eye contact, NEVER STUTTER, and take deep breaths. Once they see that you are unfazed their respective levels of you will peak. For the rest of the event these girls were looking at me and approached me again as they admired my unwavering confidence. Had I tensed up and acted nervously I would've died and my chances would drop to 0.

Somali girls have a natural tendency to be unapproachable especially in groups which isn't something that should deter you. It's a good sign of character anyways, you just got to negate their coldness with confidence.

I had the same thing with a bunch of Somali girls running a stand at an event but they acted approachable for me. I was about to leave after checking out some of the food but they gave me a chair and we started chatting about stuff and played some table games for like 4 hours.

It's true, from what I have seen in the West.

Many Somali girls in the West are socially awkward. A simple salaam and she will interpret it as the guy is trying to hit on her. Many more have anxiety that even just been seeing talking to a Somali is seeing as shes a "D**lo", that's why many use to hide undercover and many would say talking to non-Somali was easier.

I am not sure if this perception still exists, but that was the case a while back.

It’s because our parents would threaten us if we got caught talking to someone. It was always about sharaf. I was deathly afraid of getting caught talking to a Somali guy when i was younger. There was also a few unfortunate weirdos who would snitch on you to your parents.

I don't blame you, I also remember those days. The worst part is after saying to them don't talk to anyone when you hit your mid-20s they expect the girl to bring home a guy. :francis:

Many of these poor girls have difficulty even talking to a Somali guy, because they have been told don't even look at them:friendhug:. I blame the parents.

And so it should be.

Walaal, they were not weirdos, but were looking out for you, to which you interpreted to the contrary, you silly sausage.

Agreed, situations do differ, and this instance could potentially be as you stated, but but but, it is also possible your caught the wrong end of the stick, no?
I’ve never experienced it lol but it was usually just that. More often then not they would did it right after they found out the girl they liked was talking to someone else.
Oi, 'ikhras - uss' when genuine nomads are talking.
