As much as I dislike the UAE Government , I have to respect their approach .
a British prime minister once said
“We have no eternal allies, and we have no perpetual enemies. Our interests are eternal and perpetual, and those interests it is our duty to follow.”
these guys understood that very well .
they were the first to reengag with Syria's Assad , normalized its relationship with Israel publicly, and have a good trading relation with Iran , have strong ties with both China, and USA .
And Turkey is playing that same game to some extent.
