Why would a proud Somali use a stinking foreign script like Arabic or Latin to write our language as it embarrassing. I understand Arabic is used to learn the quran and should only be used to learn the quran and for arabic research purposes only. Osmanya should only be sole official script to write the Somali language.

The minor thing aside i agree with everything you say Arabic can be relegated for religious purposes and could be a second language besides english.
Why can't Somali be relegated for religious purposes? Do you see how you belittle the Somali language is like how he is treating the 'holy language'?

Somali will not be the religious language as somalis are muslim and the Quran and Hadith were all written in Arabic period.
Somali can be used for everything else.

You are only translating simple two word sentences. It gets complicated when you have idioms and analogies that donβt exist in the language you are translating to
I could translate a whole book. I used small phrases because if I put a paragraph you will not read it.
