Oromos are easily the biggest threat to Somalis today. Just think about it, when was the last time Amharas were in power in Ethiopia? Not since the days of Haile Selassie. Ever since then, it's been the Communist Derg, then the Tigrayans via the TPLF, and now the Oromos through Abiy. Amharas are currently being drone-striked by Abiy because of their FANO insurgency which is trying to protect them from Oromo militias. Just go on social media and search #AmharaGenocide.

As for the Tigrayans, they’re a demographic minority, even smaller than the Somali population in Ethiopia, and have been thoroughly battered by the Tigray war. We don't border them, and it’s safe to say they likely won’t be a factor in Ethiopian politics for a long time thanks to Abiy’s distrust of them. Eritrea will make sure of it as well.

Now we get to the Oromos. No other ethnic group has done as much damage to Somalis historically or in the modern era. Somalis have been internally displaced in the border areas between the Oromo and Somali regions due to the genocidal violence of Oromo ethnic militias. They’ve aggressively subsumed land from the Somali region to such an extent that the Oromo region now almost encircles Jigjiga and nearly borders Somaliland. They unabashedly claim Dir Dhabe and Harar as their own, and have linguistically assimilated numerous Somali clans and villages that were incorporated into their region. The goal is clear: pretty soon, we’ll see the Oromo region somehow bordering Somalia proper.

This ain't the 1970's anymore, get with the program and stop crying about the habesha boogyman, they're currently more oppressed than us in Ethiopia. It's best we utilize their desperation and ally with them to keep a check on Oromos until the state capacity of Somalia is mature enough to deal with them.

Also Oromo problem with Somalis is just resorsed based same thing as fighting over well that happens between Somalis , even though there are Oromo that might indintify with the history of Ethiopia or are Christians that are actually part and parcel with the countries mythos

Finally Eritreans and Ethiopia (especially their gaalo governments) have been in cahoots with Israel since almost its inception they’re into deep

Wrong, It's Oromo. No one is waging religious war anymore. The oromo are the number one enemy right now. The habash are second for now.
