if they had the balls they would declare their own independence, a lot of Oromos who are on the fence would instantly support the OLA. As long as they don't encroach on Somali territory everything is goodGood for the Oromos. Abiy Ahmed betrayed them.
It's not only an Africans who think perpetual violence is ideal, most of the world is like this and has always been. Westerners are just good at hiding itView attachment 236186
Any group with "Liberation" in their name is just another flavour of oppression that hasn't yet officially taken the reigns of power.
Africans are the only groups of people that think that perpetual violence is ideal.
Oromos are too divided some are split between pro Ethiopia and pro Oromiaif they had the balls they would declare their own independence, a lot of Oromos who are on the fence would instantly support the OLA. As long as they don't encroach on Somali territory everything is good

That maybe true but the advent of social media has made a lot of Oromos become pro-independence, they learned how racist Amhara are. Many Oromos refuse to speak amharic and have changed their names to Oromo names.Oromos are too divided some are split between pro Ethiopia and pro Oromia
I thought Nigeria was doing super well since the got one of the biggest gdps I watched this video and boy was I wrong
Smartest thing Somali can do is push a Oromo v Amhara war , stay out of it and when they’re all exhausted from years of fighting and we swoop fresh fully prepared and informed of their tactics
Puntland/Somaliland/Mudug can be first world in 10 years (we have a combined population of about 6 million or less) if we manage our livestock irrigate pastures, import feed for our livestock, export milk, and take use of our port to trade goods from India, and other southeast Asian countries at a high margin to landlocked African nations
We wouldn’t , this a true and tried tacticWhy do you want to get involved in a war?
Somalia needs to stay back and watch TPLF Ethiopia, and the oromos attack each other like super smash bro’s brawl. Afterwards when it’s close to the end we quickly alley with the winners.Smartest thing Somali can do is push a Oromo v Amhara war , stay out of it and when they’re all exhausted from years of fighting and we swoop fresh fully prepared and informed of their tactics
True but we not allied we’re raag with our own ambitions, and honestly hope Oromo win and we take advantage of their new unstable power to take our land back and some of theirsSomalia needs to stay back and watch TPLF Ethiopia, and the oromos attack each other like super smash bro’s brawl. The West wants to overthrow Abyei Ahmed. The coordination point for all of the Ethiopian rebels is in Kenya. Ugandans are also involved. To West's eye, any independent leader in any African country would be more accommodating China than a puppet one. So they overthrew Farmaajo, and the next goal is overthrowing Abyei, followed by Afewerki.
When Al-Shabaab attacked DDS (Somali region inside Ethiopia), Matt Bryden, the Western-backed mercenary who is stationed in Nairobi and who runs the Sahan mercenary firm, called it "strategic move". He and his mercenaries were cheering the TPLF when they launched the major offensive last year.
So the goal that they're pursuing is to open as many fronts as possible; that way, the Ethiopian army is overstretched and is engaging in many battle fronts. Then the rebel groups would find it easy to come near or seize Addis Abeba.
It remains to be seen if the Chinese would pour in resources to the covers of the Ethiopian govt.
