What’s the difference between the Oromo refugee and your Yemeni refugee ancestors?

Our numbers are a lot smaller we contribute way more to the economy we don’t cause trouble we speak the language and are fully immersed in the culture plus we’ve been here for generations compared to Oromos who mostly came here couple years ago wanf me to keep going or u done asking stupid questions?

I’m confused how can you expect the phone companies to not sell phone plans to people that’s their job. And it seems extreme to deny people phone plans based on their ethnicity it’s almost impossible to enforce how would you know who’s oromo or are you gonna ban all non citizens cause that’s also hurting diaspora on vacation and it seems like a quick way to get sanctioned moving like nazi Germany.

I think banning panhandling in general makes more sense and is a lot more feasible. Seems wild to blame phone companies for people panhandling even if u somehow banned oromos from getting phone numbers it wouldn’t be hard for them to get a Somali to go inside on their behalf and get them a plan.

I did hear of a new phenomenon where Oromos have been paying Somalis money to let them claim their lineage. Basically the Oromo gives you money and you teach them your whole lineage and give them permission to claim it as they see fit. They’ve only started doing this recently as a tactic to avoid deportation but it’s gonna cause major problems down the line with stuff like elections govt benefits etc. once they have a fake qabiil getting a Somali passport is a piece of cake. Anyways security and police won’t be able to do shit cause they won’t be able to prove that these people aren’t Somali in the first place.

These guys get government DEI representation rotated in dir dhaba cuz of Abiy Ahmed and started claiming it theirs. Once they get xamar representation they’ll start claiming it was theirs originally

The only time we can deal with deporting Oromos and reclaiming Somali galbeed is if we have a ruthless dictator that has greater Somalia on his mind. We can't keep having the likes of hsm as leaders anymore. Its literally a time ticking bomb for us.
