i have known Abdirizak before Hassan Sheikhs election in 2012 he used to be very different guy after he became minister he changed i think when people see the reality they change. He was very different guy only works with cadaans and trying to improve the diaspora situation wrote many articles on SL, conflict resolution he used to be very active so i wrote about him in the old forum before 2012 elections. He gone to Canada in mid 80s he studied environment and conflict resolution. I heard he writes Hassan Sheikhs english speeches.
