At least one person died and three others wounded in gun battle engaged by two groups of Somali government soldiers in Mogadishu.
More than half an hour of fighting has halted business activities in a market at Kaaran district of Banadir region as the movement of people and vehicles was curtailed.
An eye witness confirmed that one of the Somali government soldiers injured after police from Somali police force (SPF) and the Somalia National Army Forces (SNA) engaged in fighting in the district.
There have been similar incidents in the past between the government soldiers fighting within the civilian areas.
