Due to qabiil loyalty.

It's not gonna happen, no way we can have the juror system, absolutely not.

If you have 11 jurors and 4 are your qabiil :damn::deadrose::deadrose::damn: the deliberation of the four from your qabiil " waar ma aragtaan waxey rabaan ninkan tolkeena ah in ey xabsi ku ilaawaan, ka ma yeeleyno"

If the case isn't a famous one then it might work.

Isolate them in the short time they're needed and don't let them see or hear the defendants.

It's a bit of a roundabout way of doing it but the benefits a jury brings makes it worth.

Would be more likely to suspect judges of being corrupt than the average person.

Guess the vacancies for judges would be fairly low initially so only the most corrupt get picked.

Like any other government in Africa unfortunately.

One day hopefully we'll have professionals that take their official responsibilities seriously.

Believe me that it wouldn't work. Do as much hiding the identity of the suspect but they will find out his qabiil, just from his name

How about simply removing those that are from the same qabils?

If they lie then they get charged with perjury or whatever it is.

It would end up cheaper since won't need 3 highly paid judged for major cases.

I know you wanted to make a point about our inability to get shit done that requires impartiality but we have to figure out a way to do it ...even if we're absolutely qaashing at it now.

How can we run a society when everyone is partisan about where they shop or which money transfer company they use.

It even comes down to where we pray now...:faysalwtf:

When the Judge says hebel hebel of beesha heblaayo you are guilt and I sentence you to 10 years in prison.

The faces of his tribe's jury members looking at the Judge :damn:

This is and has been our downfall.

Countless times I've heard people shop and buy from folks solely based on their qabiil.
