Farmaajo has no sway over PL he has however over Galmudug, 5 years of peace in Gaalkacyo is the record Farmaajo has with PL, to such an extend PL was happy to let Galmudug take Gaalkacyo as election site. Bosaso is home to thousands of refugees from SWS AS uses those vulnerable communities for their assassinations/bombings. As you said there hasn't been much news of attacks since 2018 AS is cornered in Bari their numbers dwindled to 150-200 hiding in the mountains West/East of Bosaso. Difficulty in mountainous terrains makes defeating them impossible through military means which is why PL should build its intelligence capabilities.

My belief is it is better to not let reer Konfuur iyo Oromo in PL, and we just concentrate on fighting the local Terrorists rather than fighting a war on two fronts.

You are sounding like Trump sxb, I'm not blaming reer Bay iyo Bakool as the recruiters are 100% locals, I know a story about 1 local boy distant relative of mine who almost joined because of some "wadaad".
