I name Liberia. (wallahi no disrespect to Liberia whatsoever... I used to know a Liberian and I believe they are very kind ppl... but I notice they are not mentioned in the news in my experience... which is not necessarily a bad thing, a lot of times if a country is in the news it means something terrible is happening- Ukraine, Venezuela, etc.)

Namibia and Botswana. Two countries in Africa that are doing pretty well for themselves so you hear nothing about them in the news. Peace and development doesn't sell

Central Asian countries are surprisingly quiet (but then those countries are run by megalomaniacal dictators that try to stifle their populace).
I find south east asian countries despite their size are also very lowkey.
