Don't be fooled by my comment about Jamhuuriyada Barakaysan. I'm not Isaaq or truly from Somaliland. I'm a Harti dude who's aabo is 1/4th Habar Yoonis (his hooyo's hooyo). My family is reer Sanaag originally but that's the eastern areas that are Warsangeli and swish-swash between being PL, SL and independent.

But @Al-Ma'mun is my people, yes. As are all Geeljires.

My great grandfather was living in peace in 1954. I bet life was great except for the deadly clan raids.

Sometimes I'm glad Jamhuuriyada Barakaysan wants ictiraaf. Look at these Koonfuris, saaxiib. Wanting to be colonized and acting like Somalis can't run a city without some spaghetti munchers who wanted to genocide them long-term.

لَا حَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِٱللَّٰهِ ٱلْعَلِيِّ ٱلْعَظِيمِ
No one Said something about being colonised, ur dameer aqli lex saac

and who are the jamhuuriyada barakaysan again?

instead of spending that much money on this trash u guys could build/spend on educations or other sort things that u guys lack like roads :pachah1:

Another concern in Somaliland is the rising number of teenagers chewing khat while smoking shisha, exacerbating health risks, Saeed said. She estimated about 20 percent of Somaliland women already chew khat - a figure which continues to rise - although they do so out of the public eye.
