They see you as a potential mate, or are scouting you out for their children who are looking for marriage. If one gives you a side eye again, kiss their left ear lobe and they'll leave you alone.

We have seen this in our research facility on the sub-human creatures known as "Somalis" at Karmel Mall Research facility.
