At that point if someone who does not know its stolen land buys it then its not their fault, and the court should compensate the victim with state lacag or the lacag of the guy who stole the land in the first place but that other person who put their savings into the land shouldnt be kicked out

Honestly this is one of those things thats obviously terrible and a tragedy. But was also a massive issue that would have to be solved down the road. Its in some ways an incredible stroke of luck that hsm who is famous for being corrupt and a qabilist was the one who decided to tackle this issue.
